They don't have order history across both.
  • Loyalty program: Shopify POS integrates with many loyalty program apps like Marsello, among others. Lightspeed Loyalty is built-in, but since customer order histories aren’t synced across channels, the functionality is limiting. The worst part? It's only available in the top-tier package, so loyalty programs come with a hefty price tag.
